CSR Spark, in the month of August 2019, conducted CSR Conclaves, highly impactful Master Class sessions on CSR rules and practices, at Chennai and Coimbatore. The conclaves were well attended by the participants from Corporate, NGOs, Government and media.

Mr.Nikhil Pant, the Former Chief Programme Executive at National Foundation for CSR, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) (under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India) who was actively involved in CSR Rules and Policy formulation, was the resource person for the Master Class. Nikhil took the audience through the nuances of CSR laws, rules, interpretations and compliance as well as highlighting the huge opportunities in CSR landscape for the next few years.

A CSR Reference Manual, a ready reckenor for CSR laws, rules and its applications, was released and given to all the participants. The participants found this to be a highly useful and valuable document. Members of this portal can download the Reference Manual here.

The events were well covered in the media. The participants of the events both in Chennai and Coimbatore, were all praise for the efforts of CSR Spark, in creating the awareness about CSR, the need of the hour.
