Half a day workshop on “TAX COMPLIANCE FOR CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANAISATIONS” was conducted by CSR SPARK, on 9th of November 2019  at Comibatore. Civil Society Organisation include, Non Government Organisations, Community Bases Organisations, Village Associations, Environmental Groups, Women’s Rights Groups, Farmers’ Association, Faith-based Organisations, Labour Unions, Co-operatives, Professional Associations, Chamber of Commerce, Independent Research Institutions & Non-profitMedia.

Mr.Ravi, Chief Financial Officer of Roots Group of Companies and Director in Roots Multiclean Ltd, having three decades of experience in various fields such as, Corporate Finance, Accounts and Secretarial functions was the resource person.

The workshop dealt in detail, with various compliance requirements such as registration, income tax, GST, exemptions, periodic reporting and filing.

The workshop was well attended. The participants were highly appreciative of the knowledge that they gained through the event.
