CSR Spark writes to Ministry for including Agri spending in CSR

R.S.Krishnaswamy, the Founder and Chief Patron of CSR SPARK has written to Ministry of Corporate Affairs , requesting inclusion of spending towards Agriculture in to the approved schedule of CSR spending. Here is the letter sent to the Ministry:
